Our Facilities

We believe that the enviorment is a key factor in children’s spontaneous learning and that it must be favourable to the development of the whole child and should offer opportunities for the developmebnt of the potential of each individual. Our environment is divided into different areas for the childre

• A soft, nurturing self contained Baby area with kitchen and changing facilities.
• A spacious purpose designed Active Toddler area with inner outdoor courtyard as an extension to the inside space, also with changing facilities and kitchen.
• A beautiful bright spacious and fully equipped Mini Montessori room
• A larger, bright Montessori classroom with a smaller ante room off the larger space, with an observation gallery for parents and visitors.
• A quiet space in each of the areas with books, soft cushions and bean bags for stories and restful times.
• A messy area in each of the pods with sand and water, modelling, drawing, painting and play dough.
• Four spacious outdoor areas; a large inner outdoor courtyard for toddlers and babies to access from the inner areas and three play areas for the older children attached to the building; a decked area, and smaller inner area and a huge outer area.
• In the vicinity there are many wonderful walks around historic buildings and sites as well as a community park across the road and Kelvin Grove park. There are many shops and workplaces for children to visit wider themes and topics.
• There are plenty wide streets around us to park and collect or drop off your child, with an additional area immediately outside the front of the building.
